Gao Zhanxiang, who was born in May 1958, in Mutouchengzi Town, Chaoyang Country. Post graduate, president of Chaoyang Xinhua Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. He was the member of the standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Chaoyang Country. Vice president of Chaoyang Private-owned Enterprises Association, Vice president of Chaoyang Country Industry and Commerce Association, member of standing committee of Chaoyang city Industry and Commerce Association. Vice president of Chaoyang city , Chaoyang Country Transport Administration Association.
Gao Zhanxiang started his business in 1984, and in 1994, Chaoyang Xinhua Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd came into being. After being built up for 20 years, Chaoyang Xinhua Enterprise (Group) Co.,Ltd. now is a private-owned company, involving in construction, passenger transport, spotted deer and pumps, a inter-trade, inter-ownership enterprise association.
